This proposed development introduces two three-storey low-rise apartment buildings, each containing eight residential units, in Ottawa’s centrally located Sandy Hill neighbourhood. Situated within walking distance of rapid transit, the University of Ottawa, and a range of urban amenities, the project supports sustainable, car-free living in a highly walkable setting.
